The service

Ashes of the Colony is a free browser game in development. Features may change, and game data may be reset during development with notice on the news page.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details secure. One person per account. We may suspend accounts that cheat, exploit bugs, harass others or attack the service.

Optional purchases

Shop items are digital cosmetics or conveniences that grant a licence to use them in the game; they have no cash value and do not change combat stats. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Refunds

If you live in the EU you may have a 14-day withdrawal right; by requesting immediate delivery of digital content you agree it ends once the item is delivered. We still consider refund requests made within 14 days — email us. Refunded items are removed.

Content

All game artwork, code and text belong to Nikolas Balogh. Don't copy or redistribute them.

Liability

The game is provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
